Understand when refunds apply and how to request one

At IGFasterLike.in, we strive to deliver every order successfully. Since we deal in digital services (Instagram followers, likes, views, etc.), our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of these services.
✅ Our Commitment: If we are unable to deliver your order due to a verified technical failure on our end, we will offer a full refund or re-delivery at no extra charge.
1 Cancellation Policy
As our services begin processing shortly after payment confirmation, cancellations are subject to the following:
- Before delivery starts: You may request cancellation and receive a full refund if the order has not yet begun processing.
- After delivery has started: Cancellation is not possible once service delivery has commenced.
- Duplicate orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us immediately for a refund on the duplicate.
⚠️ Orders are typically processed within 0–2 hours of payment. Please contact support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

3 Drop Refill Guarantee
For eligible services, we offer a free refill if followers or likes drop after delivery. This is often a better solution than a refund.
- Refill requests must be submitted within the guarantee period mentioned on the product page.
- Your account must still be public and the original username must be unchanged.
- Refills are processed within 24–72 hours of request.
- Contact our WhatsApp support with your Order ID to claim a refill.
4 How to Request a Refund

- Share your Order ID, registered email / phone, and reason for refund.
- Attach a screenshot of your payment confirmation (UPI / bank reference).
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5 Refund Processing Time
- UPI payments: 1–3 business days after approval
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after approval (depends on your bank)
- Net Banking / Wallets: 3–5 business days after approval
Refunds are processed by Cashfree Payments back to the original payment source. We do not offer cash refunds.
6 Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for services that were delivered will be disputed and may result in your account being permanently blocked from our platform.
